GEAR, the Gifted Education Association of Reading and Berks County, is an all volunteer, 501c3 non-profit organization. GEAR's major focus is educational opportunities for gifted, creative and talented students. However, GEAR also publishes Sharing & Caring, a newsletter by and for fans of The Everly Brothers.
