Always enjoy it at Applebees. Just recently was there over the holidays and won at the karaoke contest. We had a blast. Great music & host! I would go back. |

I always had good food here. Sometimes, the prices seemed high, but overall, I was pleased with the food and service. |

I have ate at this establishment many times. I would like to say the service is always great. My glass has never been empty and the food is always good. Thanks. |

We recently visited Applebee's for a Christmas eve lunch. The service was unattentive and SO slow. Nothing we ordered took outrageous prep time. The soup arrive cold, the portions were small and to top it all off I had a hair in my salad. I guess this can happen, but when I showed the server, she seemed less than concerned and exclaimed, ooh it's a blondie. They did comp my salad at that point. I hate to write off a successful chain, but I won't be going back anytime soon. |

Very good place to eat. The service is great. THe staff is friendly and quick to respond to a problem and/or empty glass. |

Not very good at all when compared to similar restaurants, like Ruby Tues, or TGIF. Portions were small, service was mediocre. |

My husband and went there for the 2nd time two weeks ago...it was fantastic...we asked for a table in the smoking section...but they seated us in no smoking...when we asked about it..they quickly rectified the mistake and applogized..the manager also came to us personally and appologized....the service was excellant, we had the steak, and mozzerella sticks as an appetizer....for dessert we had a chocolet brownie and hot fudge ice cream..do not remember the name of it..but it was yummy ..we shared it...it was delicious..the atmosphere was very relaxing...i had a mucho strawberry margareta...it was fantastic...our waitress was very attentive...the prices were very reasonable...our wait time for a table was about 15 minites...they make you very comfortable while you wait...even offer you a cocktail at the bar...We highly suggest this place...we really enjoyed the entire experiance We had dinner there and then went to see a movie... it was not only very a relaxing atmosphere it was also very romantic...Yours Truly, Mr and Mrs James Kaucher, MT Penn PA |

As you are probably well aware, the restaurant situation in Berks is very dynamic. New restaurants open and old restaurants close on a regular basis.
