No more expensive than anywhere else. This place is most fun we, as a group, have had and we do it at least twice a year. Reminds us of the islands! |

Trust me, if you like quality, great food and fun, you will like the tikibar. I am actually shocked at the negetive feedback most have left. I own an upscale sandwich/deli restuarant and highly recomend the Tiki Bar. P.S. to all. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH MONEY IT TAKES TO MAINTAIN AND RUN A RESTUARANT, NO MATTER HOW MUCH MOENY IS COMMING IN? IT IS AN UNBELIEVABLE AMOUNT!!! If you like it, PAY FOR IT...ENJOY IT!!! |

Recently visited Tiki Bar. Found food good, but too high for cooking and serving yourself ! Alcohol way over priced !!! Atmosphere was nice. |

I was here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. We didn't come to eat, but we did have a few drinks. The atmosphere was fun, however $3.50 for a plastic cup of lager is too steep for this area. I wouldn't mind coming back for food, but I would think twice about spending any extra time there for drinks. |

Definitely overpriced for cooking your own meal! Fun place to go, but definitely a shack on a little creek. Good upbeat atmosphere, but drinks and food are WAY overpriced for what they offer. |

This place is not cheap whatsoever, especially since it's cook your own. The place is fun, no doubt but I fail to see how this would classify as cheap. The best stuff is at least $14+. They also like to pretend to have a "it's cool, man" laid back attitude here, but it is nothing but a facade! Thay rush you through your meal once seated, and they won't let you stick around at the table to order drinks after it's over. I understand that yes they have a lot of other people waiting to eat too, but it is irritating, and that's what ultimately matters in the restaurant business. |

This place is a lot of fun. The people are great, the prices are reasonable, and they have pretty good cuts of meat for you to cook. I highly recomend it. |

Reasonable? Are you kidding? It's like $3.50 for a Lager in a small plastic cup. Then they have this stupid thing were if they service this one drink the ring a bell and people yell Ole or something. Yeah, that drink is $5.25. Watch there faces when each time they ring the bell you say $5.25, $10.50, $15.75 and so on. It's a little shack next to a polluted creek. If people enjoy it it's because it's outside. Save your money, there are other places of MUCH better value that are still a lot of fun. |

I'm sure most of their profit must come from the expensive drinks you describe, which would account for their lower food prices. I can't speak to the drink prices because I've never ordered one there. |

i disagree on the pricing - if you have to cook it yourself that's a $15 an hour cook, expeditor, server, etc. they don't have to pay to make and deliver your food. let's agree the place is great fun, but not cheap! |

As you are probably well aware, the restaurant situation in Berks is very dynamic. New restaurants open and old restaurants close on a regular basis. We need your help keeping this restaurant listing up to date. If you know of a new restaurant that isn't on our list, or a listed restaurant that has closed, we would appreciate it if you would let us know. Thanks!! |
