Please think twice before eating here. The food was obviously pre-prapared and then microwaved. Salmon was completely raw, the spare ribs (For which they are known for) was actually FROZEN on the inside! Waited 1.45hrs for dinner to arrive in shifts along with the raw food. This establishment was suggested by my in- laws who have been dining there for years - obviously things have changed! |

One of my favorite places to eat. Food is great, albeit a bit pricey. Service is excellent; but, plan to be there awhile because it is country paced. Atmosphere is unmatched in Berks Co. They still have horse stalls for the carriages that visited in the early 19th century. Great place to dress up and take a first date. |

I was surprised with the limited menu for this restaurant. However, The food that they do offer is always terrific. I have yet to have a bad meal here. The prices are a bit high for a few of the items, but most are reasonable. All in all a GOOD place to have dinner. Atmosphere is very appropriate for a quiet dinner discussion. Very romantic. |

Excellent historic eating place . It is the only place we take our out-of -town quests. The menu has a great selection with usually an exotic choice. We enjoyed Llama for the first time on a visit. Food is excellent taste and served by friendly,capable people. Love the deserts. |

A very nice place for lunch, but not my cup of tea for dinner. The menu is good, but not very sophisticated. Atmosphere is nice and cozy, but can vary depending on what room they seat you. Price is normal for the area and dinning type. BOTTOM LINE: Fair |
