This place needs a management overhaul. I think the business has lost so much money due to bad staff personalities that they are going into cost savings mode that will eventually drive the entire business into the ground. They should take a hit... hire some good talent (in the kitchen and on the floor) and win the game since they have an attractive facility and location.

We first started dining at the CB&G about nine years ago. It was good food and fun back then. On our last visit the restaurant was almost empty and I could see why. Service was less than attentive. At 8:00 we sat as staff cleaned floors around us and complained about other staff and management. True, wings are only 20 cents, but they are small and come out barely warm now. It really makes me sad to have to right off a 'family tradition", on Thursday night.

Seems that the manager is getting quite a reputation. The food was so, so, the staff did not seem to want to be there and I can't blame them because the argument we witnessed that the manager had with a waitress, looked like he was going to hit her.

This place is the most overated place that I have been to. First of all I don't eat wings and their other selections are sub-par I always end up eating a dinner salad. Boring

Not so good. My fiance and I were there just recently. We prefer better table service. The place looked nice. There were some workers who gave off the impression they didn't wanna be there. As far as us coming back, I would say NO!

I go there for yummy 15 cent wings, in several diff flavors (but really tiny). Otherwise I wouldn't bother, because the food is pretty bad, and they don't even offer free soda refills. This place is a bit over-rated, probably due to the wings. A lot of stuff seems like it came from the frozen food section at the grocery store. The service is friendly, but quite slow.

at best the food is mediocre, and i swear the enclosed patio floor is so lopsided it resembles a ski slope. if you're fat, don't go on the patio, as it looks likely to collapse!

I don't know how to rate the food at this restaurant. My husband, daughter and I went to there on a Wednesday night in December 2003. We were not greeted by a host or hostess and saw someone that could have been a host walk away from us and disappear. After a few embarrassed moments, we didn't know what to do, so we wandered and found a table. (There were quite a few empty tables.) After we sat, that same person that appeared to be a host greeted people that entered and sat them at a table next to us and gave them menus. He didn't acknowledge us and he sent a waitress to that other table to take their order. The host passed our table a few more times without acknowledging us, so we left, feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Embarrassed, uncomfortable and unwelcome aren't feelings you should experience when you search for a pleasant dining experience.
