Speeding and Radar in Pennsylvania

Please Drive Safely when visiting Pennsylvania and obey the Laws of the Commonwealth.

Watch out for Speed traps and illegal roadblocks! - While conscientious, hard working, and honest Law Enforcement Officers are busy protecting our communities and homes, others have found it easier, safer, and much more profitable to lurk behind barriers on frequently traveled roads, ready to pounce on law abiding citizens for alleged infractions of traffic rules, or to administer speed traps, impose illegal road blocks, or stop and fine vehicles with no probable cause other than the presence of legal window tinting.

Here's information on some of your rights according to the Pennsylvania Laws.
