GET SET!
Then another misleading PENNDOT Safety Bulletin!
GO!!!
Soon the PA State Police began sending confusing memos to local cops, and the rush was on to deprive the citizens of Pennsylvania of their property, stop them with no real probable cause, and extract fines.
PennDot and the State Police might want to consider taking steps to clarify the issue to the local police departments that they have previously misinformed.
Under the PA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE TITLE 67 - CHAPTER 175.67 (d)(4), tinting that is "permitted by FMVSS205" is permitted by Pennsylvania.Because FMVSS205 DOES NOT regulate tint below 70% the PA code does not either. Only tint that "does not permit a person to see or view the interior" is prohibited under the current Statute, namely TITLE 75 - 4524 (e)(1)

One couldn't even begin to calculate how much this has cost the citizens of PA.
You'd have to consider...
